About us

Through the general sale of some items, we are able offset the costs of helping the vulnerable and therefore keep prices extremely low and be able to provide free goods to them where circumstances dictate.

Reesycle Ltd was born out of the work conducted by our sister company Forensiclean Ltd.

The Story

Established in 2014, Forensiclean conducts work on behalf of the NHS/ Social Services and other agencies to help vulnerable people return to independent living. These people needed their properties cleaned, sanitised, de-cluttered and tidied to enable them to return to a safe and healthy living environment from hospital or social care home.

Generally, their properties and possessions were in such a poor state that they were simply not salvageable and had to be disposed of, leaving them requiring replacement furniture and household items.

Quite often the Forensiclean team would supply items from their own homes to help these vulnerable people return to independent living.

As a result, they identified a need for a one stop service for agencies and community support groups to refer to for replenishing such items.

Our Aims

Whilst we wish to make clear we are a business with overheads such as storage, vehicles, insurances and staff costs, our driving force is the desire to help people in urgent need of items and to keep these items very low cost.

Through the general sale of some items, we are able offset the costs of helping the vulnerable and therefore keep prices extremely low and be able to provide free goods to them where circumstances dictate.

We have forged excellent relationships with the NHS and community agencies through our willingness to go the extra mile to help people. We are approachable and trusted.

1

To help to influence a more positive, kinder and caring community where donations will help the most vulnerable and lower income family units in society have access to good quality furniture, white goods and household items at prices tailored to their individual circumstances.

2

To help create an eco-friendlier community through negating the necessity to buy a new sofa and reduce the amount of perfectly usable items going to landfill.
